Individual Yoga, Berlin
Yoga should adapt to the person and not the other way around. Instead of trying to fit into a certain style, my aim is to establish a routine which achieves your goals efficiently and makes you healthy in the long run. No matter if you are looking to relax, to master movement skills or improve your general fitness or health, I am here to help you.
- Harmony of medical science and classic Yoga
Founder of Freistilyoga
I am a certified Yoga teacher and Personal Trainer. I trained as a Yoga Teacher on various courses in Germany and India, including a 500-hours program with Yogi Sivadas at the Kailash Tribal School in McLeod Ganj in 2011. I completed my Personal Training diploma with Premier Training International in Oxford, England in 2012. Since 2012, I have been teaching an individual mix of gentle and dynamic Yoga to clients in Oxford and Berlin, including as a Yoga teacher at the University of Oxford. In 2015 and 2016 I ran the Freistilyoga Studio in Kreuzberg, and currently I am studying to become a physiotherapist at the Reha Akademie Berlin.
I don’t believe in the separation and marketing of Yoga into different styles, but prefer to adapt the practice to the individual. That is why my approach is based on Anatomy and Physiology, which from this year onwards I am taking to a new level by training as a certified Physiotherapist.
Yoga Teacher since 2011
Personal Trainer since 2012
Physiotherapist in training since 2017
